Shipping & Delivery Policy

Caribe Venture Group LLC, trading as PeptiCaribe, ships research materials in temperature-controlled packaging from our United States fulfilment facility. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and how your order is packed and protected in transit.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

We ship to commercial, laboratory, and institutional addresses.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

International shipping is offered at a flat rate of $65.00. Orders over $400.00 before tax qualify for free international shipping, as shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are fulfilled the same day, subject to product availability and payment clearing.

Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on US public holidays are fulfilled the next business day.

Orders ship only once payment has cleared. ACH and bank transfer payments may add 1–3 business days before dispatch.

You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your shipping label is generated.

Orders are screened for fraud and research-use verification before dispatch. Where we need to confirm details with you, this may add a short delay and we will contact you directly.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are given in business days and run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Carriers used: UPS and FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will always help you chase a delayed shipment.

All prices and shipping charges are in United States Dollars (USD). The exact shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order.

4. Packaging and Cold Chain

All temperature-sensitive materials ship in insulated packaging with cold packs sized for the expected transit time.

Every shipment is photographed at the point of packing. These records are used to resolve damage claims.

Shipments are packed discreetly. The outer label carries no product names or research-compound descriptions.

Refrigerate or store your material according to the product label and Certificate of Analysis as soon as it arrives.

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships and can be checked at any time on our Track Order page. If tracking has not updated for more than 2 business days, email info@pepticaribe.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been dispatched.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused, we will contact you. Reshipment is charged at the standard shipping rate.

Where you ask us to cancel instead, the order is refunded under our Return & Refund Policy as a change-of-mind return, with the restocking fee and carriage costs deducted.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

Report any damage, wrong item, or non-delivery within 24–48 hours of delivery. For a lost shipment where tracking has stalled, report within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. Full reporting deadlines, evidence requirements, and remedies are set out in Section 7 of our Return & Refund Policy. Where a claim is verified we provide a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping, at your choice and at no cost to you.

8. Sales Tax and Duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is shown before you confirm your order.

Where international shipping is offered, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
