Terms of Service

Welcome to PeptiCaribe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pepticaribe.com (the "Site") and any order you place with Caribe Venture Group LLC, trading as PeptiCaribe. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site and refrain from placing orders.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PeptiCaribe are intended strictly for legitimate in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended, labelled, or approved for human consumption, injection, inhalation, animal or veterinary use, or for diagnostic, therapeutic, food, or cosmetic application.

PeptiCaribe is not a registered 503A compounding pharmacy or 503B outsourcing facility. Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy, or any other purpose.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or an authorised institutional representative, that you possess the necessary expertise and authorisations, that you will comply with all applicable laws, that you accept full responsibility for the handling and use of the products, and that you will not promote human or veterinary use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Access is limited to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and organisations engaged in legitimate scientific research.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

PeptiCaribe may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any account or order at its discretion, including where we cannot verify research use.

You may close your account at any time — see Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are an offer to buy and are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

PeptiCaribe may accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at any time, including where we suspect non-compliance with these Terms or where a price or description has been published in error.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

You may cancel before dispatch at no charge. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Billing

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. Your order total is the product price plus shipping plus applicable sales tax, with no handling fees or hidden surcharges. Card orders are authorised at checkout and captured on fulfilment. 5. Shipping and Delivery

We fulfil same-day for orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time, subject to availability and payment clearing. Temperature-sensitive materials ship in insulated packaging with cold packs, packed discreetly. Delivery estimates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for compliance with import and export laws in your jurisdiction. Shipping destinations, rates, delivery times, packaging, and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Where a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, or the wrong item is sent, our Return & Refund Policy sets out how to report it and how we resolve it.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

PeptiCaribe accepts returns on eligible, unopened products within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued in advance, the vial seal must be intact, and the product must not have been reconstituted or opened. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom synthesis, final-sale items, free samples, and opened or reconstituted products are not eligible for return.

Where a shipment arrives damaged, an incorrect item is sent, or a shipment is not delivered, report it to info@pepticaribe.com within 24–48 hours of delivery — or within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date where a shipment is lost in transit. We will investigate and, where the claim is verified, provide a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping, at your choice and at no cost to you.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, institution name, account credentials, and order history in order to fulfil your orders and support you. We use Google and Meta advertising and analytics tools to measure and target our marketing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@pepticaribe.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use products for any purpose other than legitimate in-vitro laboratory research
• Promote, imply, or suggest human consumption, veterinary use, dosing, therapeutic benefit, or any medical application of our products
• Resell our products without prior written authorisation
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or copy the Site
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that could expose PeptiCaribe to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk

10. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any product from PeptiCaribe is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law you waive, release, and discharge PeptiCaribe and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim arising from or related to your possession, handling, storage, use, or misuse of the products.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PeptiCaribe disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits your rights under our Return & Refund Policy or any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptiCaribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or products giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptiCaribe from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of the products, any statement or promotion you make regarding our products, your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, or any regulatory action resulting from your conduct.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of PeptiCaribe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

15. Termination

PeptiCaribe may suspend or terminate your account or cancel an order at any time at its discretion. Sections 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please contact us first — most disputes are resolved within 24–48 business hours. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, and that arises out of or relates to these Terms, the Site, or products purchased from PeptiCaribe, will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida and will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 16, any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and will give notice on the Site for material changes.

19. Entire Agreement and Related Policies

These Terms, together with the policies listed below, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeptiCaribe. Each of these policies is incorporated into these Terms by reference:

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
